The outstanding feature of a C&C 27, besides quality construction and good looks, is her performance. The C&C 27 is considered to be one of the best sailing vessels the company has produced. Below there are 5 comfortable berths including a double forepeak, a settee and a dinette table which converts to a double. She’s designed to accommodate any 6-footer with comfort and headroom to suit in the main salon. Stowage is abundant too. Creature comforts include a roomy galley area with 2-burner stove and top loading ice box. The head is enclosed just aft of the forward cabin. The cockpit is large, self-bailing and accommodates the wheel steering. Nessie is a delight to sail anywhere as she is quite seaworthy. The current owner has had the boat for 10 years and he is the 3rd owner. It most recently is sailed on the St. Croix River in Wisconsin and before on Lake Superior.
