The 9.1 is a great sailing boat for racing and or cruising, designed by Graham & Schlagetter, and is a part of the S-2 Grand Slam performance series with lots of comfort below.  Her PHRF is around 138.  Teak trimmed interior with teak and holly sole round out an attractive interior. This boat sleeps 7 people in a double forepeak berth, two settees and pilot berths and an aft quarter berth.  The berths are 6 to 6.5’ long and sports 6’ headroom. The galley lies to starboard of the companionway in an L-shaped configuration w/ a deep SS sink and top loading ice box. Across is a navigation station with chart table with 3 drawers. There is a center-mounted table in the main salon.  The fully enclosed head is to port between the forward cabin and the main cabin with a sink vanity and starboard locker and one full hanging locker. On deck there are teak hand-rails  recessed to eliminate tripping. There are two opening deck hatches & six main cabin ports. The slotted aluminum toe rail keeps you on board and is great for tying blocks or fenders to.  She has a powerful masthead rig with double spreaders supported by Navtec Rod Rigging.  She is being sold because the owners just don’t sail her enough after buying her new. She was in the water last season, and not sailed. The season before, it was sailed once and the season before it was sailed twice. It’s just time to sell.  The self-bailing cockpit is 8’4” long w/3 lockers. The sail inventory is extensive, but not new, but in good condition. A great deal of money was invested this year (2020) on new batteries and chargers. The engine has low hours (no hour meter) as the owner only used it to get out of the marina to the very nearby sailing/racing area and six times took her on the longest cruise up river round trip of about 20 hours total each trip. The engine is flawless and runs fine according to the owner. If the buyer wishes to keep the boat in its present location, the slip for the summer has been paid for and is available at no extra charge. This is a fresh water only boat.
