G. William McVay is the designer and his son Bill McVay founded the company. There were over 600 of these hulls made from 1977 through 1983, so this is one of the later boats they built. The Victoria appeal is her timeless, traditional design, with a long, shoal full keel and attached rudder. Both ends have long overhangs and a pretty pinched transom. They are quite stunning in the water. The mast is deck stepped and fractional with a large mainsail. There are berths for two below for weekending and the cockpit can handle 4 for day sailing.
