Roger MacGregor designed this boat along with 38,000 other boat designs from 17’ to 65’. MacGregors are known to be very affordable and simple boats to rig and sail. With a 1 foot draft and low slung trailer, this boat can be launched at just about any boat ramp. The mast is hinged on the deck. The keel swings up and disappears (new cable installed) and the rudder is kick up. Down below there is a double forepeak berth. A partial bulkhead offers great privacy for using the head where you don’t have to kick everyone out of the cabin to use it. To starboard there is a dinette which converts to a double and to port is a single settee berth. Behind the settee is a quarter berth. The cabin is quite nice. A pop top with enclosure offers stand up headroom in the main salon. The outboard is like new and runs very well and is quiet.
